Postage & Delivery within Australia – FREE DELIVERY on all orders over $50 or a $10 Flat Fee Delivery 

We aim to have orders sent within 24-48 working hours of receiving your order and payment.  In most cases orders received by 12pm ACST time are dispatched on the same day but not guaranteed as sometimes this is out of our control.

We use trackable Australia Post Satchels for our deliveries.  We do not compensate for loss of delivery of items by Australia Post, compensation is at the discretion of Australia Post.  We want to ensure your parcel arrives safe and sound, so if you are not at home when your package arrives, Australia Post will leave a card which you just need to take to the nominated Australia Post branch and pick it up.  If items are not claimed from the Australia Post branch and are sent back to us, extra postage charges will be made for a second delivery.

Faulty items

If your order arrives faulty or damaged contact us as soon as you can. We’ll do our best to resolve the situation ASAP.  Once we receives the goods our team will inspect them. We aim to process the return as quickly as we can, however some faults may need to be assessed by the manufacturer before a refund or replacement can be issued. In this case we will keep you in the loop. This can take up to a few weeks.  We may conclude that the damage is due to normal wear and tear, unfortunately in this instance we cannot offer a refund or exchange. The product will be returned to you at your expense. We will keep you informed during this process.


Unfortunately MotherNurure is unable to exchange due to ‘change of mind’ unless the product is faulty.  We are also unable to make returns/exchanges on food products purchased.

– Send the item/s that you are exchanging back

– As soon as we receive your return we will process the refund within 48 business hours and email you when the process is complete. Unfortunately the cost of re-postage will be the responsibility of the customer.

MotherNurture endeavours to ensure the accuracy of our website pricing and content; in the case of a technical based pricing or content error we reserve the right to cancel or refund the mistaken purchase price to you.
